Dr Sam Snelling

Dr Snelling completed his training in the UK, graduating from the University of Wales in 2009. While working in hospitals, Sam enjoyed a wide range of clinical roles while focusing on developing his special interests, such as acute medicine and surgery.

Sam chose General Practice because he is an advocate for holistic and patient-centred care. He believes in the benefit of communicating clearly to facilitate positive outcomes for his patients and, wherever possible, encouraging preventative measures to ensure his patients can experience the best health possible. Sam has a special interest in minor surgery, dermatology, men's health and paediatrics.

Sam has worked as a GP in multiple clinics throughout the United Kingdom and South Australia and has held lead roles in primary care strategic direction and healthcare management.

Alongside his passion for General Practice, he enjoys the great outdoors, spending time with his family, playing a variety of sports and fishing.
